Teams App at this time is rolling out multiple account support
Using multiple accounts is only available in Teams for Android and Teams for iOS at present
It is recommended to use Microsoft Teams desktop for one account, and use Teams Web App for your second account. “Using multiple Teams accounts at the same time” is being implemented in stages, the ability to use multiple Teams accounts at the same time is being updated for Microsoft Teams desktop.
When you are in portal.office.com and click on teams - force it to open up in a web browser not the teams desktop app.
