HUC uses Microsoft Azure Single Sign‑On (SSO) with Adobe.
If IT has assigned you an Adobe Sign, Acrobat, or Creative Cloud License this is how to login.
Do not create a personal Adobe account and do not choose “Personal account.”
Step‑by‑Step
- Go to https://www.adobe.com
- Click Sign in
- When prompted for an email address, enter your HUC email address
(example:username@huc.edu) - On the account type screen:
- Click SSO
- If you do not immediately see Microsoft, click More
- Select the Microsoft logo
- You will be redirected to the Microsoft login page
- Sign in using your HUC Microsoft credentials
(same username/password you use for Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) - Complete MFA if prompted
- After login, Adobe will show the products you are licensed for (e.g., Acrobat Pro, Adobe Sign)
After Login (Important)
- Adobe installs a Creative Cloud / Adobe Desktop app
- That app controls:
- What products you can install
- Updates and activation
- Users should not download installers from random Adobe pages
TROUBLESHOOTING
“Adobe is asking me to pay or start a trial”
This almost always means the user:
- Logged in with a Personal account, or
- Did not use the Microsoft SSO button
Fix:
- Sign out completely
- Go back to adobe.com
- Click Sign in → SSO → More → Microsoft
- Log in with
@huc.edu
“I don’t see the Microsoft option”
Click More on the SSO screen — the Microsoft icon is sometimes hidden.
