Download Office Apps (Work or School Account)
Windows or Mac
- Go to m365.cloud.microsoft/apps
- Select Sign in and log in with your work or school email address.
- On the home page, select Install and more.
- Choose Install Microsoft 365 apps.
- Open the installer when it finishes downloading:
- Windows: Open OfficeSetup.exe and approve the prompts.
- Mac: Open the installer from Downloads and follow the steps.
- When installation completes, open Word, Excel, or another app and sign in to activate it.
Important Notes
- If you don’t see an “Install” option, your license may not include desktop apps or hasn’t been assigned A5
Mobile Devices (Optional)
You can also install Office apps on phones and tablets:
- Install Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Microsoft 365 from the app store.
- Sign in with your work/school account to activate.
