Distribution Lists (DLs)
At the President’s request, distribution lists have been organized into the following groups:
- Staff
- Faculty
- Students
- Emeritus
Each group is also separated by campus:
- Los Angeles (LA)
- New York (NY)
- Cincinnati (CN)
- Jerusalem (JER)
- Remote
To locate a distribution list, create a new email, click To, and search for DL- in the Global Address List (GAL). This will display all available distribution lists.
Recommended Practice: When sending messages to large groups, use the BCC field to protect recipients' privacy and reduce unnecessary reply traffic.
Important: Be sure to include the Remote Staff and Remote Students distribution lists when appropriate. The Remote Staff list currently includes faculty members who are working remotely.
