Overview
Microsoft 365 includes Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive. These applications are available to HUC faculty, staff, and students through their Microsoft 365 account.
Download Microsoft 365
- Open a web browser.
- Go to the Microsoft 365 Apps Portal:
- https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps
- Sign in using your HUC email address and password.
- Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) if prompted.
- In the upper-right corner, click Install apps.
- Select Microsoft 365 apps.
- Download and run the installer.
- Follow the installation prompts.

Signing In
After installation:
- Open Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, or another Microsoft application.
- Sign in with your HUC email address.
- Complete MFA if prompted.
- The application will activate automatically if you have a valid Microsoft 365 license.
Mobile Devices
Apple iPhone/iPad
- Download Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint from the Apple App Store.
- Sign in with your HUC account.
Android Phones/Tablets
- Download Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint from the Google Play Store.
- Sign in with your HUC account.
Troubleshooting
I don't see the "Install apps" button
- Verify you are signed in with your HUC account.
- Contact the IT Help Desk to verify your Microsoft 365 license.
My password isn't working
- Try logging into Outlook on the web first.
- If you cannot sign in, contact the IT Help Desk.
I keep getting MFA prompts
- Ensure Microsoft Authenticator is installed and configured.
- Contact the IT Help Desk if you have a new phone or lost access to MFA.
